- Supply proper hot and cold holding containers for transportation of all food items.
- Prepare and deliver hot lunch (including condiments).
- Prepare and deliver breakfast and snack items the day prior with the lunch meal.
- All menus will be prepared with USDA’s Child and Adult Care Food Program standards and portion control.
- Upon request, Encompass will supply nutritional informational sheets for all food products served at your site.
