About Encompass
Established in 1919, Encompass operates seven licensed child care facilities in Green Bay and De Pere. Encompass is a United Way agency, and four of the centers benefit from United Way funding. All of Encompass' seven centers are nationally accredited or pursuing accreditation. In partnership with the community, Encompass early education and care programs serve over 800 children each day. Encompass has a long history of providing quality early education and care for children and support to families.
MISSION STATEMENT
Encompass Early Education and Care, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization providing education and care for children and support for families with a commitment to compassion, quality and advocacy.
We accomplish this by integrating service, social and financial commitments:

To provide the highest quality education, care and programs for all children recognizing diversity and the need to strengthen and empower those we serve.

To operate this agency in a way that improves the quality of life for children and families, our employees, and the community.
