Enrollment

Encompass Early Education and Care, Inc. provides high quality care and education for children at seven locations in Green Bay and West DePere.  Families are enrolled as openings become available.

Step 1: Check availability

If you are interested in enrolling your child at Encompass Early Education and Care, Inc., please contact the location which is most convenient for your family.  In the event the center of your choice is full, you may ask the director to place your child on the center's waiting list or connect you with another program where an opening currently exists.

Step 2:  Tour

We recommend that all interested parents schedule a tour of the center that you are interested in.  Please contact the center directly to schedule a time that best fits your schedule.  During the tour, you will have the opportunity to see the center, ask questions, review policies, and see if Encompass is the right choice for your family.  Feel free to bring your child on the tour so he or she can meet the other children and see what interesting activities there are to experience.  Please allow about 30 minutes to discuss your child's needs, Encompass enrollment policies and procedures, and to address any other questions you may have.

Step 3:  Enrollment paperwork

At enrollment, you will receive a Parent Folder that includes a Parent Handbook and all necessary forms for you to enroll your child.  A non-refundable registration fee and security deposit is collected at this time.
