The Maintenance Department visits each Encompass location on a weekly basis, at a minimum, to ensure that all facilities are maintained in top-notch condition. The Maintenance team is responsible for the oversight of capital improvement projects, building security, general repairs, lawn and landscape care, snow removal, and coordination of janitorial services.
