Encompass Early Education and Care, Inc. seeks employees who are eager to learn and have the desire to grow. We employ individuals who will represent Encompass in a positive, professional manner, and who possess strong interpersonal communication skills. Providing high quality care, education and customer service to children and families is critical to the success of our organization and those we serve.
Encompass encourages growth in our employees through continued education, mentored work experiences and ongoing training. Approximately 60% of our staff have earned an Associate degree or higher, with the majority of them holding a four-year Bachelor's degree. Encompass is very close to reaching its goal of having a degreed teacher in each of our classrooms. Many employees are involved in continuing their formal education in addition to meeting the continuing education requirements of the State of Wisconsin Department of Children and Families.
Also, Encompass offers a Foster Grandparent Program which provides added attention and a multi-generational approach to caring for children. Foster Grandparents are considered volunteers who are on site approximately 15-40 hours per week. To learn more about this program, click on the related link, Foster Grandparents.
