 After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Sue began her career at Encompass in 1984.  Sue has held a variety of positions within the agency:  Teacher, Center Director, Administrator of a Centers for Excellence Grant, and Chief Operating Officer.  She was named Executive Director of the Agency in 2008.   In addition to leading the agency, Sue is involved in many local and statewide efforts to advocate for quality early education and care for children.  She believes that all children deserve quality early education and care and is honored to be leading an agency which has been committed to children and families since 1919.

Missy has been with Encompass since 1994.  Prior to being promoted to her current position, Director of Agency Operations, in 2008, she fulfilled the roles of teacher and Center Director at one of Encompass' corporate sponsored centers - the Bellin Health Center.  She graduated from UW-Oshkosh with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and completed the Wisconsin Professional Credential for Child Care Administrators from NWTC.

Through her involvement with the Service League of Green Bay, Suzy began her tenure with Encompass by serving on the Board of Directors in 1989.  She served as Board president from 1992 - 1995.  In 1998, she was hired by Encompass as the Director of Fund Development and Marketing.  Suzy is a graduate of Indiana University.

Candee joined Encompass' Administrative Office team in December of 2002.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from UW-Green Bay.  Candee's main responsibilities at Encompass are the financial reporting and monitoring for the organization, as well as supervising the Accounting Department.

Diane joined Encompass in November of 2006.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from St. Norbert College and has obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation.  Her responsibilities include providing HR support to Encompass' employees, benefits administration, recruitment and legal compliance issues.

As Director of Events and Product Promotion, Denise is responsible for the coordination of Encompass' two main fundraising efforts - The Big Event for Little Kids and Oktoberfest, as well as a variety of other agency and Strengthening Families events held throughout the year.  Denise also promotes Encompass' products and services throughout the community. Her experience with the Agency also includes serving as the Community Outreach Specialist for the Centers of Excellence grant.  She holds an Associate's degree in Marketing.

Janet graduated from UW-Stout with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.  In addition, she has earned a certificate as a Director Mentor and the Wisconsin Credential for Childcare Administrators from UW-Milwaukee.  She began her career at Encompass as a teacher and has since served the agency as the Center Director of three Encompass Centers.  She was promoted to her current position, Training and Program Support Coordinator, in April, 2010.  In this role the focus is on staff development which plays a significant role in children's success.

Diane has been with Encompass since 1985.  Diane graduated from St. Norbert College with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood.   Diane is currently pursuing graduate classes in the Early Childhood and School-Age field.  She finds great joy in guiding the development of young children and working with families.

Melissa joined Encompass in November of 2005 after many years of experience in child care in the Fox Valley.  She graduated from UW-Green Bay with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and obtained the Wisconsin Professional Credential for Child Care Administrators from NWTC.   Her primary focus is to ensure consistent quality care for the children within the center and to provide support to families.

Kerri is a graduate of UW-Oshkosh with a Bachelor's degree in Education with a DPI teaching license for Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 5.  In addition, she earned the Wisconsin Professional Credential for Child Care Administrators.  Kerri joined Encompass' Bellin Health Center in 2004 as a teacher.  In March, 2010, she assumed the role of Center Director of Programming at the Bellin center.  As Programming Director she serves as mentor and coach to teaching staff to ensure that consistent, quality programming is evident throughout the center.

Polly has been with Encompass since 1981.  Throughout the years she has worked at many of our Encompass locations as a teacher, Assistant Director and has been a Center Director of Operations since 1984.  She has an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Lake Superior State University.

Rebekah joined Encompass in 2008 as Center Director of Programming.  She is pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Children in Group Settings.  Prior to joining the Agency, Rebekah spent several years teaching for a non-profit early learning center in a variety of different age groups from young infants to school-agers.

Jan has been with Encompass' Children's Day Out program since 1990, assuming the role of Site Coordinator in 1996.  She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, a DPI teaching license for Early through Middle Childhood, as well as the Wisconsin Professional Credential for Child Care Administrators.  Jan's philosophy in working with young children is to allow them a hands-on approach to their development.  She believes that all children are unique and their individual differences need to be embraced and celebrated on a daily basis.

Sue started at Encompass as a teacher in 1992.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Psychology from UW-Green Bay.  In 2009 she completed her Wisconsin Professional Credential for Child Care Administrators through UW-Milwaukee.  She has worked at three different sites as both a teacher and a Center Director.  In 2005, she transferred to the De Pere Center as the Director of Operations.

Kathy joined Encompass in June of 2007.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Early Childhood Education from UW-Green Bay.  Her background includes teaching and directing in early childhood programs, and seven years at the local child care resource and referral agency.

In 2008, Julie joined Encompass after being 'wowed' by their mission statement, values, and operating principles.  She graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and holds a Pre-K through Grade 3 DPI teaching license.  As a Director, Julie is passionate about providing quality education for the children as well as a sense of family and a network of support for the parents.  As a teacher, Julie loves to mentor and support the teaching staff while watching them grow.  She is thrilled to be part of an organization that embraces excellence!

Maggie joined Encompass in 2008.  She graduated from UW-Madison with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in Child Development and is presently working toward earning her DPI license in Birth to Three from Silver Lake College in Manitowoc.  Maggie moved to Green Bay in 2008 and joined Encompass as a preschool teacher.  In April of 2010, Maggie assumed the role of Director of Programming at The Cornerstone Center.  In this role, Maggie will be applying her education and experience to ensure families and children receive a quality early childhood education experience and the high quality care Encompass provides.

Amber graduated from UW-Whitewater with a Bachelor's Degree in Education with emphasis in Learning Disabilities, K-9.  She first became involved with early childhood education in 1996 and worked in the early childhood field for several years before joining Encompass in January of 2005 as a Center Director of Programming.  She is currently taking Spanish classes to help her better meet the needs of families.

Mike has been with Encompass since 1980 and is very proud of the high standards Encompass has to keep its facilities in the best condition possible.  All of the Encompass buildings that provide care for children are security locked and coded to maintain a more secure atmosphere.  In the Facilities Maintenance Department, Mike and his staff work diligently to ensure that Encompass' buildings meet all codes mandated by the state of Wisconsin.

Debbie is a graduate of UW-Green Bay with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development.  She began her career with Encompass in 1996 as a teacher at the Arlene B. Walter Center.  In 1997, she transferred to the Ruth Helf Family Center where she works in conjunction with Brown County Human Services to provide quality parenting classes to those referred by the courts.  Debbie and her staff also supervise court ordered family visitations at the Ruth Helf Family Center.  As an avid advocate for children and parents, Debbie's foremost concern is for the future and welfare of all families.  She values working with families and providing continued support.

Dawn graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.  She also obtained a Dietary Manager Degree from NWTC and a State of Wisconsin Certified Food Sanitation License.  She began working at Encompass in June of 2000 as Dietary Director.  Her responsibilities include meal preparation, food ordering, menu planning, USDA site visits, and related administrative work.  Dawn's chief goal is to ensure proper diet and nutrition for the children of Encompass. 
 Katharine Kulkoski

Katharine joined Encompass in November of 2007 as the Foster Grandparent and Volunteer Coordinator.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Music Therapy from Loyola University - New Orleans.  Her background includes music therapy in school and nursing home settings and program coordination including the Title V Senior Employment Program.  The Foster Grandparent Program keeps senior citizens involved and young at heart, while allowing for an inter-generational learning experience in the centers.
