Choosing the child care porgram that best meets your family's needs is a critical decision for parents.  Encompass is committed to providing high quality care and education to children and support for their families.  Our goal is to meet the developmental needs of all children including educational, social, emotional, physical, and nutritional.

At Encompass, we believe that these needs are best met by adopting the high quality standards defined by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and YoungStar, the State of Wisconsin's Child Care Rating Program. We are committed to upholding these standards.   Our staff will treat you and your family in a positive and professional manner, and will keep you informed about the activities in your child's classroom via face-to-face interaction, written notes and monthly newsletters.  Open communication and family involvement are encouraged and welcomed, and opportunities to socialize with other families are made available through our Strengthening Families events. 

Encompass supports and follows HighScope's educational approach of "Active Participatory Learning".  Active learning means that children have direct, hands-on experiences with people, objects, events, and ideas.
